Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All ticket sales for our music gigs are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to, personal circumstances, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.
2. Event Cancellation
In the rare event that a music gig is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued automatically to the original method of payment within 30 days of the cancellation announcement. Alternatively, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date if available.
3. Event Rescheduling
If a music gig is rescheduled, all tickets will be honoured for the new date. No refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with ticket transfers.
4. Changes in Line-Up
Occasionally, changes in the line-up of performers may occur. These changes are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued in the event of a line-up change. The gig will proceed with the updated roster of performers.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for events that are cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other emergencies.
6. Health and Safety
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all health and safety protocols in place at the venue. Failure to adhere to these protocols may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without a refund.
7. Ticket Scalping and Resale
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms are not eligible for refunds or support. We are not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or obtained fraudulently.
